Clover Food Lab is a cult-favorite restaurant chain founded by MIT alum and environmentalist Ayr Muir. Clover's mission is to address global warming by serving vegetables so delicious that people can't stop talking about them. Clover started as a food truck on the MIT campus in 2008 with visions of creating a better food future. With the help of raving fans, it has expanded to 12 restaurants serving thousands daily in the greater Boston area. Sourcing an unprecedented amount of its menu from local farmers, the company's seasonal and unique preparations have won accolades from The Wall Street Journal, Huffington Post, and The Improper Bostonian's "Best of Boston" competition.
